NHS Referrals

NHS referrals for patients under the age of 18 should be made by a General Dental Practitioner through the central dental Referral Management System. Patient referrals can tracked with a unique referral reference number that can be obtained from your general dentist. We are currently receive NHS patient referrals made 2½ years ago.
